The Value Statement Give Substance to Your Power Message We all know the importance of your power message (aka elevator speech), but are you prepared to keep a potential employer interested in what you have to offer? Do you have examples of skills, talents and abilities prepared for discussion? Will an employer clearly understand the value that you will bring to their business?
