Personnel Team

Task

To assist in the development and encouragement of our staff.

The staff of the church are called upon to support each aspect of the ministry God has given us.  The Personnel Team is charged to find and develop a group of people who will coalesce into an effetive leadership and service unit that will encourage and support each area of ministry.   The Personnel Team works to determine staffing needs, to evaluate and reward performance, and to encourage the personal and professional development of the staff.
