Family Promise of Butler County is an affiliate of Family Promise, Inc. which has been providing overnight lodging to children and families who are homeless throughout our nation since 1988. There are currently 182 affiliates in 41 states. In December of 2014, Family Promise of Butler County became its own 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and began serving families on September 11, 2016. It joins Warren County Interfaith Hospitality Network and the Interfaith Hospitality Network of Greater Cincinnati to address family homelessness in southwestern Ohio.
In Butler County there are currently over 500 children on record as being homeless, representing hundreds of families struggling with homelessness. As a community, we want to respond to this need. Crestview will host families struggling with homelessness October 15th – October 22nd. We’re in GREAT need of Evening hosts, Overnight hosts(this is the easiest job!), and Kitchen helpers.
