Family Halloween Trunk or Treat! Volunteers and Donations Needed!
Crestview Family Ministries is hosting a Halloween Trunk or Treat event and we are looking for volunteers. The event will take place on Friday, October 30th from 5:30 pm until 7:00 pm in the church parking lot, rain or shine. Of course it will follow social distancing guidelines including facial coverings and gloves.
We are asking for donations of individually wrapped nut-free candies and treats. Examples such as: Hershey Kisses, M & M’s, Skittles, Pretzels, SunChips, Smartpop, KitKat, Milky Way… These donations can be placed in a marked bin outside Debbie Shephard’s office until October 11th.
Please use this link at Sign Up Genius for volunteer roles: Car Trunk Providers, Set Up Crew, Clean Up Crew, Parking Crew, Safety Crew, First Aid Monitor
We are calling all youth to help with this event, whether they dress up their cars and pass out candy, or by directing others where to go! Put this on your calendar now! We hope all will dress up in some sort of costume. If you dress up as a traffic cop, a traffic cone, a construction worker or a crossing guard, we will buy you a king size candy bar of your choice for the next week.
This will be a fun, multi-generational event for Crestview families, WCCNS Co-op, and our local community! More information will be coming soon however, if you have questions call Debbie Shephard at the church: 777-6555. Thank you for your help!
