Sunday, June 27th
Crestview Memorial Garden, weather permitting
Journaling is a practice that has been promoted among Christians, Creative Artists, Educators, and Mental Health Professionals. Often journaling leads to spiritual transformation, unblocking creativity, stress reduction, and deeper learning. Journaling lightens the load you carry as you pray through the issues raised and for the people on your heart. Journaling encourages observation, awareness, reflection, letting go, living abundantly, and making connections. It develops a greater sensitivity to your thoughts, feelings, insights, stressors, triggers, goals, habits, values, and blessings.
Participants will experience 4 styles of journaling in this 90 minute workshop:
Gratitude Journal, Prayer Journal, Daily Download, Art Journal
