Matt 13:44-46

This weeks parables describe the incomparable value of the kingdom.  Nothing was worth more, Jesus told his followers.  Nothing is too great to sacrifice for it—certainly not material wealth.  In light of Jesus’ words here, maybe it’s worth pausing to reflect on our individual life and choices.  What has your commitment to Christ cost you?  His it made any difference in decisions about your career, lifestyle, investments or purchases?  What would you sell in order to gain the King and his kingdom?
